    Lovely plot of land in Pelinovo, Grbalj.

The land on the plot is gradually sloping down to a river with a big (3 m high on 6 m wide) waterfall. There is an water well about 4 meters in diameter in the middle of the site. The plot consists of a large flat area starting from a river bank (river terrace), which can be developed into a garden or also can be suitable for construction of sport grounds, such as tennis courts, a swimming pool, a football field, etc. As you walk away from the river bank at the other end of the site there is a slope gradually rising to a road.
