Ann Ferrier-Ilić, Owner and Director
Hailing from the UK, Ann has lived permanently in Montenegro since 2005. Co-Founder and Owner of Montenegro Living she helped form the sales operation in 2004 before developing the rental and management side of the business in 2005. Ann has lived in a number of countries and is widely travelled, “but still believes Montenegro to be the most beautiful she has ever visited and never tires of the exceptional views.”
Marina Janjušević, Rentals Manager
Marina has been working for Montenegro Living almost from the beginning when she initially worked in the sales team before joining Montenegro Living Management in 2007. Marina is responsible for communication with owners and guests and helps to ensure our management properties are maintained to the highest standards. Marina finds Montenegro’s natural environment “ simply fascinating. The mountains are covered with beautiful green forests, interspersed with breathtaking canyons, stunning lakes and rivers, not to mention it’s gorgeous coastline.”
Branka Tadić, Administration Manager
Branka initially worked in the sales team before moving to Montenegro Living Management in 2011. Alongside managing our cleaning & maintenance team, Branka is responsible for much of the financial record keeping, and assists with communicating with guests and owners as well as property management. Branka loves Montenegro because of “it’s history, culture, food and the sights you won’t see anywhere else…the highest mountains and sea together in one small country...it has it all”.
Drago Kosać, Project Manager and Maintenance Manager
Drago is responsible for ensuring the properties under our management are well maintained and finding the best qualified workmen to carry out repairs and maintenance as and when required at the best possible prices. He has project managed a number of our renovation and building projects, most recently a complete internal remodelling of a waterfront villa in Muo and the landscaping of its garden.
Nadica Mihajlović , Cleaning Manager (Herceg Novi) & Mira Popović, Cleaning Manager (Kotor, Tivat, Budva)
Nadica and Mira are our permanent cleaners and keep the apartments and villas we manage in good condition year round. They know each of the properties in their area inside out. Their jobs are the most important in the whole company because first impressions count! When a guest steps through the door of their holiday rental home, they really do find a home from home.
